Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators has announced the merger and acquisition of Whitco Pest Management Inc., founded in 1949 by Aaron Whitley and located in Rocky Mount, N.C. As Arrow’s fifth office in North Carolina, this transaction further strengthens its presence in the eastern part of the state and the Research Triangle Park area in particular. Witco will ultimately operate as Arrow Exterminators.
